Year 7 and 8 - Key Rules

Four x 10 minute quarters

Games are seven a side. Players play in an allocated position (GA, GS, GK, GD, WA, WD, C)

Players must pass or shoot within three seconds

Players may not reground the first grounded foot

Defending players must be at least 0.9m away from the player with the ball

A player may not push, trip, knock, bump or hold an opponent, either deliberately or accidentally
